The Human‑AI Readiness Scan (HARS®) gives leaders a clear, practical view of how ready they are to lead in an AI‑driven environment, plus a personalized AI Coach to turn insight into action over time. Instead of a static report, HARS® combines a leadership assessment with AI‑supported reflection so leaders can see their patterns under pressure and build new habits in real situations.

  • Personalized AI Coach Experience – Ongoing AI‑supported prompts and reflection questions that help leaders process real situations, challenge habitual responses, and translate insight into action.
  • Team & Cohort Reporting (optional) – Aggregated views of strengths, blind spots, decision patterns, and collaboration dynamics for leadership teams or program cohorts.

How it works

  • Step 1 – Define your audience and format
    Decide whether HARS® will be used with individual executives, leadership teams, cohorts in a program, or a mix of all three.
  • Step 4 – Integrate into coaching, programs, or team work
    Use individual and team‑level insights in executive coaching, leadership programs, strategy offsites, or AI‑governance work to align development with your broader AI agenda.
  • Step 2 – Invite leaders to complete HARS®
    Participants complete the Human‑AI Readiness Scan online (typically ~15 minutes), receiving immediate insight into their current leadership patterns in AI‑driven contexts.
  • Step 3 – Review profiles and AI Coach prompts
    Leaders receive their HARS® profile across the five dimensions plus personalized AI Coach prompts to support reflection on real decisions, pressure situations, and team dynamics.
